We are happy to share someΒ updates from our recent participation in the International Laser Ranging Workshop (ILRS) 2023, which took place last month, on October 16-20! ππ
π Highlight 1: The New Eventech Stream Time Tagger – ESTT 7 Series
Our team showcased the ESTT 7 Series, with 1.5 ps single-shot precision. The potential applications are vast and we’re just scratching the surface of its capabilities. The stand-out properties of the ESTT 7 Series are:
β’ Full Registration Mode
β’ Additional Front-End features
β’ Better precision
β’ Better parameter stability
β’ Quicker response time
β’ Higher Event Rate of 25 MEPS
β’ Better synchronisation precision with external time scale
β’ Improved API
π Highlight 2: First Tests at the Latvian Institute of Astronomy
The ESTT 7 Series has already been put to the test at the Latvian Institute of Astronomy. These initial tests have been promising, demonstrating the robustness and precision of our new technology in real-world astronomical applications.
π°οΈ Highlight 3: Updates on LSTM – Space Timer for the HERA Mission
We also shared the latest developments on our LSTM – Space Timer, designed for the HERA mission as part of the Planetary Altimeter (PALT) Instrument. The Hera mission is set to fly to asteroid in 2024. This project represents our commitment to supporting space exploration and research.
π Highlight 4:Β European Space Agency, Quantum Technologies, Quantum Information Networks
Lastly, we’re excited to announce our new project with the European Space Agency focused on Quantum Technologies in Quantum Information Networks, with more information about the project to be posted soon.
Huge thanks for the ILRS 2023 for having us to showcase our achievements. Stay tuned for more updates!
